Paul and Rajan first crossed paths in 2020 as they were each looking to buy a business. Four years later, they reconnected amidst multiple synchronicities and deepened their friendship. In 2025, the joined arms as Elation Growth Partners to acquire and operate businesses in the greater Seattle area.

Rajan Krishnaswami
An accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with a proven track record of acquiring, managing, and growing businesses across multiple industries. With expertise in financial strategy, operations, and leadership, he has successfully raised capital, structured acquisitions, and overseen the strategic direction of organizations ranging from nonprofits to for-profit enterprises.
Paul Travis
A seasoned business leader, marketing strategist, and entrepreneur with a track record of scaling companies and driving transformative growth. A free safety on the football field of business, he has nearly two decades of consulting to small- and mid-sized businesses in a variety of industries and has launched or re-launched over 20 products and companies. He has built and nurtured teams up to 45 people and re-engineered customer engagement and sales processes for top- and bottom-line improvements. Paul has spent the last 2 years developing expertise with Artificial Intelligence tools for competing in the new landscape of business.
